My professional focus lies in the relationship between vocational education and the labour market, the development of teacher roles, and the improvement of career guidance.

I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2003, a Master’s in Engineering Teacher Education in 2012, a PhD in Educational Sciences in 2018, and a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering in 2020.

With more than twenty years of industrial and educational experience, I combine practical insight with theoretical knowledge in my work.

Through my educational enterprise, I engage in curriculum and methodological development, learning material design, and research consulting.

My goal is to build bridges between schools and the economy, teachers and students — because trust and understanding form the true foundation of education.
